How Anseya behaves.
A tradesperson's name is their business. If a caller ever felt tricked into thinking they had spoken to a person, that damage lands on your name, not ours. So Anseya is honest by construction.
It always says what it is
Every call opens with this sentence, in the caller's language, before Anseya asks anything at all:
“Hi, this is Anseya, the AI assistant for Dave's Plumbing and Heating — this call is recorded. How can I help?”
This is the actual opening line, printed from the same place the phone system reads it. It is not editable — not by you, not by us.
It never
- Claims to be a person, even when a caller insists it is
- Sends a quote you have not approved
- Takes card details or payments over the phone
- Books outside the rules and hours you set
- Gives medical, legal, gas-safety or immigration advice beyond the emergency instruction
- Calls anyone. Anseya answers. It has no outbound dialling at all.
Your rights
Callers are told before they speak. The recording notice is played before the first question, in the caller's language, and cannot be switched off by anyone — including us.
Audio is kept 30 days. Transcripts are kept 12 months. Then they are gone, automatically, without anyone having to remember.
“Delete my recording” is honoured. Any caller can ask, on the call or afterwards, and we erase our copy within 24 hours.
Your calls never train other businesses' AI. Not ours, not a model vendor's. Your callers' words are yours.
No tracking cookies. That's why there's no banner.
anseya.com runs no third-party trackers, no analytics pixels and no advertising retargeting. Nothing on this page phones home — the fonts are served from this server, and there is no embedded video, no chat widget and no tag manager. The only cookie Anseya ever sets is the one that keeps you signed in to the app, and that only exists once you have an account.
Nothing to consent to means nothing to dismiss. If you have ever wondered why almost every other site needs a banner, this is the answer: the banner is not a legal requirement, it is a consequence of the tracking.
This is checked, not asserted. The site build fails if any page requests a file from a domain that is not ours, and the response carries a Content Security Policy so the browser enforces it too.
Where the honesty runs out
Some things we cannot yet promise, and this page is worth nothing if it hides them:
- Emergency instructions are read in English only, in every language. A native speaker is reviewing translations; until that is done we will not ship them.
- No language is marked verified on this site yet. Why.
- Anseya will not catch every call. Networks drop diverts and some carriers reject the codes outright.
