Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective 18 August 2026 · Anseya, a Deplyra product
The short version: 14 days, no questions
- 14 days from any charge, refunded in full. No reason needed.
- Dial
##61#and the calls stop at once, without waiting for us. - Paddle takes the payment, so Paddle is who returns it.
- One email to help@deplyra.com starts it.
1 · The 14-day guarantee
Every payment you make to Anseya is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Tell us within 14 days of any charge that you want that money back and we will refund the charge in full. There are no conditions: you do not need a reason, nothing has to be unused, and it applies to every charge, including renewals. When we refund a subscription payment we also end the subscription it paid for, so you are not charged again.
Refunding a payment deletes nothing. Your call records and briefs are kept and deleted on exactly the schedule in the Privacy Policy, and if you want them erased sooner you can ask for that separately.
2 · What you can be charged
Nothing, today. Billing is not switched on: there is no checkout on this site, no card is taken, and nobody has been charged. No card is taken until billing opens.
When it does open, Anseya is £69 a month with 300 minutes of answered calls included, no setup fee and no minimum term, and you will be told before anything is charged. This policy is published now rather than then, so the guarantee is in place before the first payment is instead of after it.
3 · Who takes the payment, and who returns it
Payments for Anseya are processed by our payments partner Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record: the charge on your statement and your invoice come from Paddle, and any refund is returned by Paddle to the payment method you paid with. We decide the refund and Paddle carries it out. How long it then takes to appear on your statement is set by your bank or card issuer rather than by us. You can also reach Paddle's own buyer support at paddle.net.
4 · Cancelling
You can stop Anseya yourself, immediately, without us. Dial ##61# from your own handset and your calls behave exactly as they did before, whatever time it is and whoever is awake. Then email help@deplyra.com to close the account. There is no cancellation fee, no notice period and no retention flow: we will not put a script in your way.
Cancelling and asking for your money back are two different requests. Cancelling stops what comes next. If you want the last charge returned as well, say so, and the guarantee above applies.
5 · After the first 14 days
Cancelling runs to the end of the month you have already paid for and you keep Anseya for all of it, so once a payment is more than 14 days old we do not refund the unused remainder of that month as standard.
Billing mistakes are a different thing and have no time limit at all. If we have charged you after your cancellation took effect, charged you twice, or charged you for minutes the call record does not show, tell us whenever you notice it and we will put it right and refund the difference in full.
6 · Your statutory rights
Anseya is sold to businesses. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in this policy limits or excludes the statutory rights you have under UK or EU consumer law, including any cancellation or withdrawal right that applies to you. Like the Terms of Service, this policy is governed by the law of England & Wales.
7 · How to ask
Email help@deplyra.com and tell us the number Anseya answers for and the email address on the account. The Paddle order number from your receipt helps us find the charge faster, but you can leave it out. A person reads that inbox, on a real mailbox rather than an auto-responder, and will confirm your refund by reply. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, Paddle then returns the money to the payment method you paid with, and you can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.
The 14-day window is a condition of being able to take payment at all, so it can be made longer and it will not be made shorter, and no condition will be attached to it. If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of the page moves with it.
