How it works
Reversibility is the pitch.
Everything below can be undone with one dial. That is deliberate: you should be able to try this without it being a decision.
On — one dial
**61*yourAnseyaNo*11*15#Your Anseya number goes in the middle. Dial it once, from the phone whose calls you're diverting.
Off — just as fast
##61#One dial and everything is back exactly as it was. Check the state any time with *#61#.
The exact code for your network
1 · Tell it about your business
Six screens: what you do, your hours, your prices, and the rules it must never break. You can stop halfway and pick up where you left off — nothing is lost.
2 · Dial the code
From the phone whose calls you want covered. This diverts only calls you have not answered within 15 seconds — your phone still rings first, every time. You are not handing your line over.
3 · Ring your own number and let it ring out
You should hear Anseya answer. This is not a formality: Anseya will not go on duty until that test call actually reaches us. We watch for it arriving. If it never comes, the switch stays off and we tell you what to check — because a receptionist you believe is working, and isn't, is worse than no receptionist at all.
What we won't claim. Anseya will not catch every call. Networks drop diverts, codes get rejected by some carriers, and a caller who hangs up at four seconds was never going to reach anyone. What we can promise is that when it does answer, it says what it is, follows your rules, and gets the job to you in writing.
