Anseya Get started

Terms of Service

Effective · Deplyra Ltd · Company No.

The short version — not a substitute, just honest.

  • £69 a month, 300 minutes included, no contract.
  • You keep your number. Dial ##61# and it all stops.
  • Anseya drafts; you approve. It cannot commit you to a price.
  • It answers calls. It never makes them.

1 · What you get

An AI receptionist that answers calls diverted to your Anseya number, follows the rules and hours you set, and sends you a written brief of each call. 300 minutes of answered calls are included each month. We will tell you before charging for anything beyond that.

2 · What it costs

£69 per month. No setup fee, no minimum term, cancel at any time. Founding customers keep the price they joined at for as long as they stay subscribed. Billing is not live yet; nobody is charged until it is, and you will be told before it starts.

3 · What is yours to get right

The rules, hours and prices you give Anseya are yours. It follows them exactly, which means an incorrect price list produces incorrect quotes. You are responsible for telling your own callers what your business does with their data — Anseya handles its part and tells them it is recording.

4 · What we do not promise

We do not promise every call is caught. Mobile networks drop diverts, some carriers reject the codes, and callers hang up. We do not promise Anseya never misunderstands a caller. It will draft, and you approve — that division exists precisely because a machine should not be the last word on what you charge someone.

5 · Stopping

Dial ##61# from your phone and your calls behave exactly as they did before, immediately, without needing us. Then email help@deplyra.com to close the account. We do not have a retention flow and we will not put one in your way.

6 · Your data

Covered in full by the Privacy Policy. In short: your callers' words are yours, they are deleted on a schedule, and they never train anything another business uses.

7 · Law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.

Company number, registered office and effective dates are printed blanks until the certificate exists. We would rather show you an empty line than a plausible-looking number. This document is written in plain English first and goes to legal review before general release.
