The short version: not a substitute, just honest

  • Calls are recorded, and every caller is told before the first question.
  • Audio kept 30 days, transcripts 12 months, then gone.
  • “Delete my recording” is honoured within 24 hours.
  • Your calls never train other businesses' AI.

1 · Who we are

Anseya is operated by Deplyra Ltd, company number , registered office . We are the data processor for calls Anseya answers on behalf of the businesses that use it; each business remains the controller of its own callers' data.

2 · What we record, and why

Call audio and its transcript, so the business owner receives an accurate brief and callers can exercise the rights on this page. The recording notice is played before the first question, in the caller's language, and cannot be switched off by anyone, including us.

We also record the caller's number, the time and length of the call, and whatever the caller chose to tell Anseya, typically their name, their postcode and what they need. We do not ask for anything a receptionist would not.

3 · How long we keep it

Audio for 30 days. Transcripts and the written brief for 12 months. Deletion is automatic and does not depend on anyone remembering to run it.

4 · Callers' rights

Any caller may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it corrected, or ask for it deleted, on the call itself, or afterwards at help@deplyra.com. A deletion request is honoured within 24 hours. You do not have to explain why, and you do not have to have been a customer.

5 · Where data lives

On servers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Speech recognition and language processing are carried out by named sub-processors under contract; the list is available on request at help@deplyra.com and we will publish it here in full before general release.

6 · What we never do

  • Sell or share caller data with advertisers
  • Use one business's calls to train anything another business uses
  • Let Anseya claim to be a human being
  • Take card details or payment information over the phone

7 · Cookies, none that track

This website sets no cookies at all and makes no third-party requests. There are no analytics, no pixels and no advertising tags, which is why you were not asked to dismiss a banner. The Anseya app sets one cookie, to keep you signed in, and only once you have an account. More on this.

8 · Contact & complaints

Write to help@deplyra.com. If we have not put something right, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Company number, registered office and effective dates are printed blanks until the certificate exists. We would rather show you an empty line than a plausible-looking number. This document is written in plain English first and goes to legal review before general release.
