Arabic, without a menu.

A caller who opens in Arabic should be answered in Arabic, not routed through a keypad. This page shows the Arabic sentence Anseya was actually tested on, what that test measured, and, just as plainly, where Arabic coverage stops today.

The sentence that was actually tested

On 2026-08-17, Anseya spoke this greeting through the live telephony stack, the same one production calls run on:

مرحباً، أنا أنسيا، المساعدة الذكية لدى أنسيا ديمو للسباكة. هذه المكالمة مسجّلة. كيف يمكنني مساعدتك؟

The audio travelled a real phone path at telephone bandwidth, 8 kHz, and the transcriber production calls use read it back correctly. The reverse was proved too: an Arabic caller sentence, degraded to the same bandwidth, came back right. The recordings are kept. That is the whole meaning of “tested” on this site: a machine proved it, and the evidence exists. Notice the greeting says المساعدة الذكية, the feminine form, because Anseya's voice is a woman's and Arabic, like Urdu, does not let you dodge the question.

It follows the switch

There is no “press 3 for Arabic”. Anseya replies in the language the caller is speaking and follows a switch mid-sentence, Arabic to English and back, which is how people who live in two languages actually use a phone. The AI disclosure and the recording notice come first in every language; that rule has no exceptions anywhere in the product.

Your brief still arrives in English

The conversation happens in Arabic; the job lands in your WhatsApp in English with the recording attached. If a detail matters, you play the caller's own words rather than trusting a summary, because every lead is a real recorded call, and only that.

Where Arabic coverage stops today

Honesty owed before you buy: the emergency detector's danger-phrase lists do not yet include Arabic. A caller who reports a gas smell entirely in Arabic will not trigger the scripted safety response by those words alone; the phrase lists currently cover other languages, English included, and the safety scripts are read in English everywhere. We print this here, on the page that praises the Arabic greeting, rather than in a footnote somewhere else, because assuming safety coverage that does not exist is the most expensive assumption a caller could make. When Arabic danger phrases pass the same testing as the rest, this paragraph will be replaced by the build, not by a copywriter.
